Goal

Statistics are not showing after upgrade.
Error:
“Measurement data are not current”

Solution

When interval data has not been collected on the Operations, Administration & Maintenance (OAM); each entity that is not current is identified by the text “Measurement data are not current”.
The “not current” status occurs when no data was collected. This could either be because the source for the data is not available for some entities or because no register data changed during the interval.

During upgrades; measurement data collection is turned OFF.
From the logs shared; STP System Totals Measurements (SYSTOTSTP) is set as OFF. So measurement for this entity and no data was being collected. Therefore the  status of “Measurement data are not current” is normal.
Use following commands to see which measurements are OFF:

rtv-measopts
rtrv-meas-sched
