Goal
Why does error message 3002304 (no response from peer ) occur when a response is seen coming from peer.
Also why is info even 22344 occuring, system only has 1 MP
Solution
The peer responded with a wrong hop-by-hop id/ end-to-end id and so it was registered as no response from peer.
Also the 22344 event is seen because the DSR looks in the hop-by-hop ID for the MP ID and since it received an invalid number it registered the MP as unavailable or congested.
