Goal


Does the Sun Storage 6180 Array support zfs_nocacheflush=1


Solution


zfs_nocacheflush was made available for the Sun Storage 6180 Array in kernel patch 120011-14 (SPARC) 120012-14 (x86) and better.


However, setting zfs_nocacheflush=1 is ignored after firmware 7.60.x.x for Sun Storage 6180 Array.
