Goal
Need a driver for AIX for the SL150 library.
Solution
As with Oracle's other libraries, Oracle does not supply an AIX driver as that is up to the backup application. The customer can use the cfgmgr command to verify that AIX sees the library. The backup application has to supply the driver for the library.
All of the backup applications that Oracle has certified and support on AIX provide their own driver for our libraries.
If the customer is using a backup application that isn't listed on the Interop tool, and thus we don't support, then a requestor can acquire details from the customer and open a feedback request for the customer's configuration to be tested.
