Goal
Are there any exceptions in the way Drill Down from ProTrace on KPI query results is working in case of Exclusive lines or Top usage in source ProTraq configuration?
Solution
- If Drill Down is requested on the line, above which in ProTraq configuration at least one Exclusive line exist, results of such query may return more xDR than were actually used to calculate the KPI.
- If Drill Down is requested on session, which is based on Top filters, no xDRs will be returned.
