Goal
When a new user is created in Primary and then a replication is done, it is not shown in the Secondary server.
Solution
Please do the following changes.
Open the file /Tekelec/WebNMS/conf/NmsProcessesBE.conf on both the servers.
set persist_data_in_XML to false
set update_XML_during_shutdown to true
Save the file
Restart the e5msService on both the servers.
