-Make the config change on the active (A).
-Reboot standby (B).
-When standby (B) comes up, failover and reboot the previous active SBC (A)

Goal

Add or change the virtual MAC in HA configuration.

-Make the config change on the active (A).
-Reboot standby (B).
-When standby (B) comes up, failover and reboot the previous active SBC (A)
 

NOTE:

We do not change VMAC when we change HW. You can use these steps to add VMAC if missing.
