Clear Alarm Event: 31101
Description: DB replication to a slave DB has failed
 

Solution

ServerX has a cpu kernel dump and not all of the process recover after the Automatic Server Recovery (ASR)
Execute the following steps to correct the issue.

Recovery Steps:
1. Change the HA state of ServerX to OOS
2. Reboot server via command line or GUI
3. After server recovers from reboot..
  a. Change the HA state of ServerX to Active
  b. Execute command line "syscheck" to verify status
  c. Verify "DB Replication To Slave Failure" alarms CLEAR
4. Verify DA-MP status and server on OA
