Goal

 How to know if Mistral card is present in PMF-SS7 PCI slots?

Solution

In order to know, log in to PMF-SS7 with root user and execute:

dmidecode -t slot

expected output will be like below:

# dmidecode 2.12
SMBIOS 2.7 present.

Handle 0x0901, DMI type 9, 17 bytes
System Slot Information
        Designation: PCI-X Slot 1
        Type: 64-bit PCI-X
        Current Usage: In Use
        Length: Long
        ID: 1
        Characteristics:
                3.3 V is provided
                PME signal is supported
