Tekelec

Goal

SSH connection to Eagle IPSM unsuccessful.

Solution

Visually check Eagle status. If the IPSM card is up; then run Ping command to IPSM IP from the system where the ssh connection is being initiated.

If the ping is unsuccessful; then check the IP network between the IPSM and the client machine.

Once the IP Connection is restored; try ssh again and it should be successful.
