In this Document
Created from <SR 3-10282109531> Applies to:Oracle FS1-2 Flash Storage System - Version All Versions to All Versions [Release All Releases]Information in this document applies to any platform. GoalThe goal of this document is to describe step by step How to manually collect Oracle FS System Manager(GUI) Logs and make them available to Oracle Support Engineer. "The GUI logs from all the workstations are included in the Flash Storage log bundles (refer to <Document 1943289.1> FS System: How to Attach a Manual Log Bundle to an Existing MOS Service Request) but the manual method described in this document might be preferred in case of a specific issue on a workstation (it gives access to all the client logs for that workstation including the most recent ones)." SolutionTo collect Oracle FS System Manager(GUI) Logs follow steps below:
1.Login Oracle FS System Manager(GUI)
2. Navigate to Support > System Logs 3. Select Actions > View UI Client Logs Note: You can also use Alt-Ctrl-L to view all the logs (it is a shortcut to steps 2 & 3) and Alt-Ctrl-Z to view all the logs and to create a zip archive containing the most recent log files.
4. Attach Oracle FS System Manager (GUI) logs to your service request and inform Oracle Support Engineer. References<NOTE:1943289.1> - FS System: How to Gather and Attach a Manual Log Bundle to an Existing MOS Service RequestAttachments This solution has no attachment |
