Goal
Eagle STP has 3 racks, but only 2 racks are being shown in the E5MS GUI.
Inventory update has been tried, but it does not change the status.
Solution
The DB is not populated with the PARENTID and PARENTKEY values for stpclli_frame3.
Perform following steps:
- Update the PARENTID and PARENTKEY values in the db. Contact Support engineer for help with this step as DB modifications are performed by Oracle Engineer.
- Update graphics from E5MS client
