Request for Root Password of EMS.

Solution

The Default Password cannot be shared with customers; however, they can change the password to one of their choice.
Steps to change password:
1. login as root
2. run command:

passwd root

3. Ask customer to enter new Password
4. Logout
5. Ask customer to login with new password.
