Goal

To inform if the DB inconsistency happens for SPR.

We have noticed some times customer can't delete and recreate some MSISDNs and get "Duplicate Entry" error.

We have noticed this issue is causing during the deletion of subscriber by provisioning system.

Solution

We have an in-house script to check these type of DB inconsistency and delete the bad profiles.

Loading patch 9 on SPR 9.0.5 will prevent the further inconsistency.
