SolutionThe customer should open a Service Request for this issue in the first instance.
Oracle TSC NAS Support will need to verify that attempting to boot from the other (mirrored) boot disk also shows the same behaviour.
grub> findroot (system,0,a)
If this returns the error Error 15: File not found
then - either, this specific boot disk does not contain a bootable partition - or, the OS root partition is corrupted or missing, it this case the system will need re-installation by an Oracle Field Service Engineer.
