GoalThis document explains how to interpret the information about date and time contained in the log bundle filename, and how to select and send log bundles to Oracle using either the GUI or the CLI. SolutionWhen an array has an internal condition, one or several 'event' logset files are created and stored on the Pilot. The information contained in each logset is confined to the date&time range of that file. For complex issues it can be necessary for Oracle support to require the logs for a specific date&time or all logsets generated on a given day. For Support engineer. If you have a manual logset taken 'after' the event it should be possible to identify all the previous logsets stored on the pilot. The customer can then be directed to upload those date&time specific files to Oracle. Within the scanlog'd logset,
