Goal
How to change the hostname of an IB switch that is running 2.1.x
Solution
Original name "infiniband36p-bur09-a-sp" new name "newname-bur09-a-sp"
1) -> set hostname=newname-bur09-a-sp <<<New name specified here
Set 'hostname' to 'newname-bur09-a-sp'
2) -> set system_identifier=newname-bur09-a-sp.us.oracle.com
Set 'system_identifier' to 'newname-bur09-a-sp.us.oracle.com'
3) -> reset /SP (Proper way to reboot an IB switch)
Are you sure you want to reset /SP (y/n)?
