Goal
We got some alarms appear in Event Viewer. We were aware about this alarm but dont want to clear it permanent (without resolving this issue). Please let us know how to clear alarm from EMS Event Viewer.
Solution
Option 1:
To clear the alarm on EMS Event Viewer do this:
1. Open Alarm EventViewer in EMS
2. Right Click on the Alarm that you want to supress/clear
3. There will be two options:
>> Put in Maintenance Mode
>> Clear Alarm
4. Use any of these options as you require
Option 2:
You can create a filter in EventViewer to show all alarms except the Alarm message that you do not want.
See the filter Option which Does Not include the alarm with message text that is not required.
