DSR 5.0 has changed the way NTP is configured.
This was done to timing stability reasons 
If a upgrade to DSR 5.0 is preformed prior to the required NTP changes the following alarms may be generated:
"DB Replication Fault" and "Untrusted Time After Initialization" .

To clear these alarms NTP must first be configured as required by DSR 5.0.
Wait 24 hours to ensure process have a chance to clear alarms.

If system does not clear then:

To clear "Untrusted Time After Initialization"
alarm.put -e 31235 -s 5

To clear "DB Replication Fault"
alarm.put -e 31100 -s 5

Goal

After upgrade to Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) 5.0 "DB Replication Fault" and "Untrusted Time After Initialization" occurred.

Solution

The Network Time Protocol (NTP) configuration has changed in DSR 5.0 and must configured to match this change.
