Where can Legacy Tekelec Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) be found? What is the Oracle equivalent to TSBs and how do I receive them?

Solution

 Legacy Tekelec Product Technical Service Bulletins are now known as Knowledge Management Documents, called an "Alert". Users may subscribe to Alerts via "My Account" in My Oracle Support (MOS).

• Click the drop down menu to the right of your name, which is located in the upper right corner of MOS Select "My Account"

• Select "Hot Topics E-Mail"
  
  •  

• Set the "Delivery Options" as desired
  
• Scroll down to the "Selected products" section and click the "+Add" icon
• Select the Product/s and check each type of notice you wish to receive e-mail notifications on. Check "Alerts"
• • 
• Click OK
