Goal
Connection to EMS Webtop is not successful using following links:
http://hostname/sgd
http://hostname:8081
Solution
1. Verify if CMI http process is running.
a) Probuilder.
Goto interface “TklcEagleEMSWeb” or “Web”. (Green and “Start”)
Or,
b) Command line.
Sample output from command "vp http" .

2. Restart CMI process.
a) Probuilder.
Goto interface “TklcEagleEMSWeb” or “Web” and click the button "Stop/Start".
Or,
b) Command line.
Login as user "netboss", run command "/u01/app/netboss/fms/scripts/TklcEagleEMSCMI_apachectl restart"
3. Use IP Address of the Server instead of hostname:
http://netbossIP:8081
