Goal
E5MS must not ever lose a discovered Eagle STP. What information is needed to aid in resolution? What logs should be provided?
Solution
This issue could not be reproduced in the lab by simulating the network failure.
Without concrete supporting logs, it is not possible to conclude what may have caused this.
If this condition occurs (rare chance), be sure to capture the core logs and application logs.
Core logs: /Tekelec/WebNms/logs/
Application logs: /var/E5-MS/<module name>/logs
Provide application logs for all modules in the above mentioned location
