Goal

What is the behavior of ProAlarm aggregates when modifying alarms related to aggregated elements?

Solution

A ProAlarm aggregate is created manually by adding "objects" that are managed in ProAlarm and that are able to rise alarms.

In case of an object added in an aggregate is removed from the system, the aggregate is updated and the element is removed from the aggregate.

In case of ProTraq alarms, elements will be removed in following situations:

  • The alarm is removed from the ProTraq configuration and the modification is applied
  • The ProTraq is dissociated from the session. In case of the ProTraq is only deactivated, the element remains present in the aggregate. Same situation if only the threshold value is modified.
