Is there anything wrong?

Solution

Possible solutions are:

  1. Module ntp_utl.c is normal behavior when a MASP is replaced/removed from the system. Hence no action is required.
  2. If it happens on only one card, card has to be reseated and alarms has to be rechecked.
  3. If this trouble appears during normal operation; it is an indication that the NTP server (usually collocated with the IMF server of the PIC system) is failing to broadcast the NTP reference to the EAGLE. In this case, check if the PIC is getting data from Eagle.
