Goal

With Dual TCP/IP and Redundant Electronic (RE) features can RE IP addresses (2A & 2B) be the same on both library controller cards since only one card can be used at a time?

Solution

Absolutely not!  4 unique IP addresses are required and they must not conflict with the internal library addresses(10.0.11.x and below).  The 2A and 2B IP addresses MUST be in different subnets on both sides.

If these rules are broken RE and Dual TCP/IP features will not work.
