Measurement Reports are reaching with a delay of about 1 hour on EMS from Eagle STPs

Check time difference between Eagle STP and EMS.

On the Eagle, run any command to see the timestamp. For example:

rept-stat-trbl

At same time; run following command on EMS:

date

If there is a difference/delay between two timestamps; correct the time.
Change the STP time using following Eagle command.

set-time
