Goal
Why is the setting for Remove Destination-Host under RBAR not working?
Solution
Verify your configuration for the particular Command Code of the messages being routed.
e.g. After looking into the "Rbar Address Resolution" table [i.e. can be accessed from GUI as RBAR -> Configuration -> Address Resolution"], there is NO entry for command code 317 [i.e. CLR/CLA].
As a result, when RBAR is applied to this request message, a resolution exception will be thrown [UnknownCmdCode] and its exception will be applied.
Since, action configured against this exception is "Forward Unchanged", message is forwarded unchanged after applying PRTs.
Kindly add "Address Resolution" configuration for CLR [i.e. command code 317] to let RBAR apply address resolution.
