Goal

1. Bring up Fault Management System from NetBoss Menu, navigate to STP rack scene
2. Click "Update Graphics"; select "_updateInventory" from Script Selection Scene

But the graphics do not match Eagle rack card configurations

Solution

There is a Software Version Conflict between Eagle STP and Element Management System (EMS).
Eagle SW Release: 44.0.5-64.34.26
EMS SW Release: 42.0.0

EMS updates the graphics data using the rtrv-bip command.
In Eagle Release 44; the rtrv-bip command parameter TYPE=mbd is no more used.
But as EMS is on old release; it is sending command in same format. Hence the command never runs and EMS does not get card data to create the correct Graphics in FMS

Solution: Solution is to upgrade to compatible EMS release. Now as EMS is end of Life; the recommended product and Release is E5MS Release 45 or higher.
