Goal

STP measurements unavailable under NETBOSS server. STP was not sending any reports to EMS server.

Solution

The collect parameter is OFF (shared log below). This should be turned ON in order to Eagle STP to start sending reports.
Execute following command to turn collect parameter ON.

>chg-meas:collect=on
