SolutionAnalytics dataset only record data when they are kept open. This includes all drilldown datasets. If the drilldown dataset was not open in the past, it will not record any data for review at a later date.
In order to make the dataset available for review in the future. The datasets must be open, including any drilldown datasets that are required. The worksheet containing the opened datasets will need to be saved, a name can be provided for the worksheet. The opened datasets can be confirm under Analytics->datasets.
Those listed datasets will be available for review in the future.
