Goal

User cannot create Measurement Reports for STP on EMS Reporter Server

Solution

The Reporter Server gathers report data from EMS.

First Check if the Eagle Measurements data is available in the output directory of EMS.

The measurement data Path in EMS is /u01/app/netboss/local/STP/csvoutput

If the data is not available in the output directory path; then need to check Eagle STP is sending measurement data or not.

check for UIM=1251 to UIM=1254

Sometimes the EMS username/credentials are not added in the ftp-serv command.

For that; dlt-ftp-serv and ent-ftp-serv with correct input directory path and correct credentials. These are credentials that Eagle will use to FTP the measurement data to EMS server.
