Goal
E5MS GUI is not opening for the Lab Server.
The WebNMS.jnlp file is of zero size and hence the GUI not opening.
Solution
Copy WebNMS.jnlp file from a lab server; change the IP and Port information as required and save the file.
Then put this file in location:
/Tekelec/WebNMS/conf/WebNMS.jnlp
Make sure to ftp the file to server in binary mode.
