Solution 1926235.1 : EAGLE 5 - Management System (E5MS) Application Does Not Start After Upgrade - Release 45.0.1

Goal

After the Upgrade of E5MS to 45.0.1; tried to restart the service at the end of the procedure.

The following errors were observed:

Starting mysql
/
nohup: redirecting stderr to stdout
Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /Tekelec/WebNMS/mysql/data
STOPPING server from pid file /Tekelec/WebNMS/mysql/data/mts-e5ms-moscow.pid

This edition of Tekelec EAGLE 5 - Management System with release 45.0.1 is a registered version in name of an employee in company ABC

Solution

The problem was that port 8443 was already being used by httpd.
This port is used in 45.0.1 for https connection to E5MS GUI.
The httpd process was stopped and after that 45.0.1 is working fine on the server.
