The errDump logs reported the following:

Solution

From the Brocade FabOS Message Reference Manual:

FW-1202
Message              <Port Name> <Label>, is above high boundary(High=<High value>, Low=<Low value>).
                             Current value is <Value> <Unit>.

Severity               ERROR

Probable Cause Indicates that the number of C3 transmit timeout frames is above the high threshold.
