Goal
The intent of this document is to provide the reader with the available versions of the Fujitsu M10 PCI Expansion Unit Firmware Image software and provides links to the patches that contain the images.
After downloading the appropriate patch for your system, download the firmware image onto your XSCF using either the Browser User Interface (BUI) or the getflashimage command. After successfully downloading the image onto the XSCF, run the ioxadm -c update <PCIBOX> -s <version> command to install the new firmware onto the IOBoard and Link cards. For more details, please refer to getflashimage, ioxadm documentation.

The M10 PCI Expansion Unit firmware image is the software image that is downloaded and installed on the IOBoard and Link cards.

Fixed Issue:
- When the Direct I/O function for the PCI expansion unit is used, OS might panic while booting.
- If you power on a PPAR that has a PCI expansion unit connected by the optical cable in a low temperature environment, the error log "LINKCBL failed" at the PCI expansion unit might be registered. The system is not affected other than the error log is updated.
