Acme Packet 3820 - Version S-Cx6.2.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Get the SBC to send the CSV format CDR's (Call Detail Records) SFTP'ed off the SBC to the remote server.

Solution

Several areas to check.

1. manually SFTP into the server using the same user:password combination and validate that files can be pushed in the directory.  This confirms not only the user name and password but remote file path and dir permission settings.

2. verify that public keys are being used by the server and not just password login.  Then make sure to import both RSA and DSA flavors of the key into the SBC.  This eliminates cases where the wrong key type was imported.

3. after making any changes on the SBC (with exception of 9200) in regards to accounting-config and/or push-receiver, make sure there is a reboot done to fully activate the configuration.

4. verify the routing table to make sure the SFTP push is going out wancom 0 and not routing out a media interface.

These are the quick and easy self checks.  The Accounting Reference Guide has a good description on generating public keys and importing them into the SBC.  If still having issues, would recommend opening a formal SR on My Oracle Support and getting a Wireshark trace of the SFTP session on Wancom 0.
