Goal
Cannot successfully change/add a user in the Key Split Configuration with the OKM gui.
Solution
Customer has several versions of OKM running at his site, he needed to use the OKM 2.5 server with his OKM gui. Once we did that, we were able to change / add users no problem. Covered in the OKM 2.5 Admin Guide starting on page 215, located here:
