Procedure

Execute commands to clear alarm in DSR 5.0. (Name reference in Alarm Event)

Root Login to "serverName" reporting alarm event
Execute command to verify process is NOT running:
ps -ef | grep syscheck
Continue to next step if "hpacucliStatus" process is not running
Execute command to stop all links to process:
stop TKLChpacucli
Execute command to start "hpacucliStatus":
start TKLChpacucli
Execute command to verify process is running:
ps –ef | grep syscheck
