Configuration has to be properly defined for bonding interface

Check the bonding configuration:

more /proc/net/bonding/bond0

Bonding Mode: fault-tolerance (active-backup)

Primary Slave: None

Currently Active Slave: eth01

Up Delay (ms): 0

Suggest to set "Primary Slave" to 'eth01' and "Up Delay" to 5000

netAdm set --device=bond0 --miimon=30 --updelay=5000 --primary=eth01
