In this Document
Created from <SR 3-9278242631> Applies to:Oracle Communications Performance Intelligence Center (PIC) Software - Version 9.0.4 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform. GoalHow to properly configure the "FSE Auto Update" feature in NSP CCM ? SolutionConfigurationFSE Auto Update Configuration has to be configured in NSP CCM under Mediation/Enrichment files menu. To configure it properly you need to provide the sftp user, its password, the IP of the server and the path to the directory containing the fse files. Careful the path to the directory containing the fse files is relative to the home user path: For example is the user is called toto with an home directory set to /toto and an absolute path the the fse directory called /toto/fse then you will need to use /fse in as path in the FSE Auto Update Configuration. Here is a complete example: user = toto, password= toto123, ip of sftp server= 10.1.1.1, user toto home directory = /toto, absolute path to the directory containing the fse files = /toto/fse What you need to configure in FSE Auto Update Configuration: sftp://toto:toto123@10.1.1.1/fse This configuration will also scan subdirectories in /toto/fse.
TroubleshootingIf upload is successful, enrichment file will be deleted and <nameoffse>_OK.log file will be created. Audit viewer can be used to troubleshoot automatic update. Attachments This solution has no attachment |
