Goal

Submit to your Support Engineer via SR the following BNS Platform Hardware Replacement Template.

Dispatch: refer to Handling Tekelec Parts Only Tasks, https://stbeehive.oracle.com/content/dav/st/GDMI/Public/REFBF136.htm, for specific instructions.

Dispatch please order the following part:

Desired Firmware level (i.e. 2.2.4, 2.2.6, or 2.2.7): 

If FW is not specified, then part will be shipped with latest FW revision.

NOTE: If required place back order at T2 in country or Region T1 for Indirect Countries (Standard Process)
Exceptions:  USA place back order at MOV with return to MOV, India place back order at GUR with return to GUR, Brazil place back order at VAI with return to VAI
