Goal

As with other software versions it is needed to determine the MediaWiki or PHP or MySQL versions.

Solution

Follow the steps below to find out an array's current MediaWiki or PHP or MySQL version information.

Login to the array BUI.

In the upper right hand corner of the BUI main screen, click on the HELP icon to bring up the Help section.

In the browser's URL address space the URL of the help section will be displayed and will appear like this:

        https://192.168.1.1:215/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

NOTE: The 192.168.1.1 is an example address and in that space the actual IP address of the administration IP for the actual array will appear.

NOTE: Typically the URL will end with the Main_Page link - but in some cases it may be some other link based on the previous usage of the help section.

Edit the URL shown in the browser's URL address section - replacing the part that appears after the "index.php" text - such that the URL looks like this:

        https://192.168.1.1:215/wiki/index.php?title=Special:Version

Enter that URL to bring up the version page.

The page that comes up will display the Mediawiki, PHP and MySql version information in the top part of the page.
