Goal

Oracle FS Path Manager Support for Windows Server 2012 R2

Solution

We have now released Oracle FS Path Manager (FSPM) 4.0 for Windows. FSPM is the replacement product for APM, and supports the Pillar Axiom system in exactly the same way as APM did. FSPM 4.0 for Windows supports the following OS releases on all platforms:

- Windows Server 2008
- Windows Server 2008 R2
- Windows Server 2012
- Windows Server 2012 R2

It can be downloaded from the usual location at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/server-storage/san-storage/downloads/disk-storage-downloads-165809.html and the zip file includes an Installation Guide and Release Notes.

From Release notes:

"The information in this document applies to both Pillar Axiom Systems 4.5 or higher and Oracle Flash Storage Systems 6.1 or higher unless a specific product or version is referenced.
FSPM supports both Pillar Axiom Systems and Oracle Flash Storage Systems; Axiom Path Manager supports only Pillar Axiom Systems."
