For L1 Engineer:

  1. Once an SR is openned with the above details open an L2 collab for product expert.

For L2 Engineer:

  1. L2 should then work with NetApp to download the software as it requires NetApp login.
  2. Though L2 can download the required version of SMI-S provider from the NetApp URL http://support.netapp.com/NOW/apbu/oemcp/protcd/smi-s/?access=a , it is advised to log a case with NetApp and confirm the F/W and OS revision supports the current revision of SMI-S provider or else which SMI-S version is supported.
  3. Once the software is downloaded from the NetApp site it can be provided to the customer.
