Questions and Answers:

1. Is there an approved process and standards for how a relocation is done outside of the US?

Yes we have a service delivery kit in place for the proper process

2. Is there a contact person in Oracle ACS that the FEs can work with to resolved relocation problems?

Yes, each region / country would have a project manager (project coordinator) to manage the deals. 

3. Are 3rd party vendors we use for relocations outside of the US approved by Oracle ACS?

Yes

4. Where does the FE get approved packing materials for a move? (again, outside the US)?

This always come from the transportation vendor. This is a separate line item in the ACS pricing tool that facilitates this.  It is one of the few contracts ACS has to combine: FE conducting Deinstall/Install, vendor transport, vendor packing.
