Goal

How to verify firmware on SCSI controller Adaptec -  arcconf  STK RAID Manager 

Controller SGXPCIESAS-R-INT-Z  

Solution

 Verify first if the arcconf is installed on you System .

If is not installed please go to http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19121-01/sf.x4150/820-1177-13/index.html and go to Installation procedure for your type of OS .

After installation type the next command  :

Syntax

arcconf config controller-number [ad | ld | pd | al]

  

 

Description

Lists information about the controllers, logical drives, and physical devices. This information can include (but is not limited to) the following items:

    • Controller type

 

    • BIOS, boot block, device driver, and firmware versions

 

    • Logical drive status, RAID level, and size

 

    • Physical device type, device ID, presence of PFA

 

    • Physical device state

 

  • Enclosure information: fan, power supply, and temperature status
