 How to set the PDU Name and Location in Sun Rack II

Solution

1. Access the PDU metering unit from a system on the network.
2. Click on the "Net Configuration" link and log in as an "admin" user. You are prompted to log in as an admin user. By default, both the admin user name and password is "admin".
3. Scroll down the page until you see the "Module Name & Location" fields.
4. Provide a name and a location for the PDU. Note: A name and location cannot be more than 15 characters.
5. Click the "Submit" button to set the PDU name and location.
6. Click your web browser Reload or Refresh button to view the updated PDU name and location.
