To access the Patches and Updates section of My Oracle Support, log into the support portal (which would use your Oracle Single Sign-On Account at https://support.oracle.com. You should see a tab for “Patches and Updates”, and on that page, a section for “Patch Search” In the Product or Family frame, enter Oracle Communications Session Border Controller (or the appropriate Acme Packet Product), and then Select the appropriate Release from the pull-down menu. Your choices will be limited to the entitlements of your associated Support Identifiers. You should see the results of your search in a table such as this: Select the Patch that you want to download by clicking on the patch name link. There are options to download the patch, read the README file associated with the patch, or add this patch to a list of files to be downloaded. If you are having problems downloading, please see the document entitled, How Patches and Updates Entitlement Works - Why Can't I Download This Patch? (Doc ID 1369860.1).
