To obtain the scripts that accompany the Exalytics PS 3 patch (Image version of 1.0.0.5), including the configure_network_for_exalytics.sh file, download patch 16915563 ORACLE EXALYTICS BASE IMAGE 1.0.0.5 FOR LINUX X86-64 UPGRADE UTILITY from My Oracle Support.

Unzip the file, and then navigate to exalytics-scripts-1.0.0.5-36.noarch.cpio/exalytics-scripts-1.0.0.5-36.noarch.cpio.gz/exalytics-scripts-1.0.0.5-36.noarch.cpio/ . /opt/exalytics to locate the Readme file, or drill into the bin folder to locate the configure_network_for_exalytics.sh script.
