WHAT ACTION DOES THE FIELD ENGINEER/ADMINISTRATOR NEED TO TAKE TO RETURN THE SYSTEM TO AN OPERATIONAL STATE?:

1)     Legacy customers with SW Revisions PRIOR TO 3.7.0M1 will need to request a new license key to enable the software to function correctly. License keys are tied to the box-id which is in turn based on the mac address of eth0 for each chassis.

a)     Once the software is installed, the command show system-info can be entered to display this box-id:

manning>show system-info
Product model:     NN2620
Machine type:      i686
System name:
Linux Node name:         oracle-test
Box identifier:    01ba-1234-d2cd-ab12
